Please follow the steps below for the return process and the preparation of the package you want to return:
Put the unused, unwashed product in its original condition back into the package with the tags and barcodes. (If you don't have the original packaging, please use another non-transparent packaging material) The main thing is that it is precisely packed and sealed!
The package does not need to be addressed. The courier will put the barcode sticker on the package.
For faster identification, include the order confirmation in the package. If you do not have the opportunity to print, write the name of the customer and the order number starting with # on a piece of paper.
Close the package.
The GLS courier will pick up the package from you on the day you choose at the address you specified, which you will be notified by e-mail in advance. You don't have to pay the courier!
When your package arrives back to us, we will send you a notification by e-mail. Within 14 days from the confirmation, we will refund the purchase price of the products in their original condition. If you paid with a bank card, we will credit the purchase price to the same bank card with which you paid. In the case of cash on delivery payment, we will transfer the value of the products to the bank account you specified on the return form.
The fee for the service is HUF 1,000, which is deducted from the amount to be refunded.
