One of our products didn't work out? Return it easily and simply via a GLS parcel locker, or order a courier to your home by filling out the return form.
How to return a package?
GLS Parcel Locker
After filling out the return order form, you will receive a code with which you can send the package to us from any GLS locker, 24 hours a day.

After filling out the return order form, the courier will pick up the package on the day and at the address you specified.

In Person
If you are in Budapest, you can bring the package to the Magenta Showroom: 1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 57.
Free of chargeImportant: we cannot provide cash refunds in the store. We will issue a credit note and process the refund by bank transfer within 14 days, as required by law.
Important information
- No exchanges are possible. If you would like another product, please reorder it.
- The product must be in its original, unused and unwashed condition and include the original tags.
- If you do not have the original packaging, use a strong, opaque packaging.
- Please include your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number in the package.
What return options are available?
- Bank transfer refund — we will transfer the amount back to the bank account you provide.
- Digital gift voucher — we will send one to your email address, which you can use at any time in the webshop and in the store.
Return shipping fees
The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. You do not need to pay when sending it!
Important note
We cannot accept returned products in unsuitable condition.
