One of our products didn't work out? Return it easily and simply via a GLS parcel locker, or order a courier to your home by filling out the return form.
How can you return the package?
GLS parcel locker
After filling out the return order form, you will receive a code that allows you to drop off the package to us at any GLS locker 24 hours a day.

After filling out the return order form, the courier will pick up the package on the day and at the address you specified.

In person
If you are in Budapest, you can bring the package to the Magenta Showroom: 1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 57.
FreeImportant: we cannot provide cash refunds in the store. We will issue a credit note and process the refund by bank transfer within 14 days, as required by law.
Important information
- No exchanges are possible. If you wish to receive another product, please reorder it.
- The product must be in its original, unused and unwashed condition and include the original tags.
- If the original packaging is missing, please use a strong, opaque packaging.
- Please include your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number in the package.
What refund options are available?
- Refund to bank account — we will transfer the amount to the bank account number you provided.
- Digital gift voucher — we will send one to your email address, which you can use at any time in the webshop or in the store.
Return shipping fees
The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. You do not need to pay when sending the package!

Products returned in unsuitable condition cannot be accepted.
