If one of our products doesn't work for you, return it easily and simply via a GLS parcel terminal or order a courier to your home by filling out the return form.
1. GLS parcel machine – After filling out the return order form , you will receive a code with which you can drop off the package to us from any GLS machine 24 hours a day (1000 HUF)
2. GLS courier – After filling out the return order form, the courier will pick up the package on the day and at the address you specified (1500 HUF)
3. In person – If you are in Budapest, you can bring the package to the Magenta Showroom (1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 57.). Important: we cannot provide refunds in store. We will issue a credit note and process the refund by bank transfer within 14 days, as required by law.

The product must be in its original, unused and unwashed condition and must include the original tags.

If you don't have the original packaging, use a strong, non-transparent package.

Include your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number in the package.
What refund options are available?

Refund to bank account – We will transfer the amount back to the account number you provided.

We will send a digital gift certificate to your email address, which you can use at any time in the webshop and in the store.
Return shipping fees
